Lockdown 2: Troubled France announces second lockdown, President Macron announces

Universities, libraries, bars, cafes, restaurants, gyms, etc. will remain closed in France under the second lockdown. According to the President, public ceremonies are banned and cultural ceremonies and conferences are postponed.
